Wes Carroll Tutoring & Coaching ("we") collects only the name and mobile phone number you submit on this page. We use your number solely to send you session reminders and appointment-related notifications — never marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

Your information is stored on Cloudflare's encrypted infrastructure. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. To request deletion of your information, email wes@wescarroll.com — note that opt-in consent records may be retained for legal-defense purposes per the retention schedule below.

Retention. We keep SMS message history for up to 36 months. We retain opt-in consent records (the information you submit on this form) for 7 years to comply with TCPA and 10DLC regulations. Operational logs (delivery routing, session activity, transient diagnostics) are retained for shorter windows ranging from 7 days to 12 months.

Breach notification. We commit to notifying affected parties within 30 days of confirming a security breach involving your personal information.

This SMS service is operated by Wes Carroll, sole proprietor, doing business as Wes Carroll Tutoring & Coaching.

Terms of Service

The SMS service is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis. Msg & data rates may apply per your wireless carrier; message frequency varies based on your scheduled sessions.
